CLASP OPENS UP TOO EASILY?

You may need to adjust the clasp insert from time to time to keep your collar securely fastened.

Bend the top of the clasp insert outward to make a wider "V" shape. This creates a firmer fit.

If you bend it too far it won't clip back in, so just bend it back a little.

UNABLE TO OPEN YOUR CLASP?

Sometimes the clasp insert is too tight to release easily when you press the button. To fix this, flex the clasp insert up and down a few times, as if you were bending it. This loosens the insert enough to release the clasp.
