CLASP OPENS UP TOO EASILY?

You may need to occasionally adjust the clasp insert to keep your collar securely fastened.

Please follow the instructions below to ensure the clasp is secure.

Bend the top of the clasp insert outwards to create a wider ‘V shape’.
This will create a firmer fit.

If you bend it too far it won’t clip back in, so you’ll just need to bend it back a little.

UNABLE TO OPEN YOUR CLASP?

Sometimes the clasp insert will be too tight and not allow you to easily release the clasp when pressing the release button.

To fix this you just need flex the clasp insert up and down as if you’re trying to bend it, this will loosen the insert enough to allow you to release the clasp.
