Not sure which length? Measure your dog's neck, then choose the next size up. Check chains: measure the widest part of the head.

Measure first. Our chains are sold by length, and the right fit depends on your dog's neck, not breed alone. Check our Size Guide before you order.

A 14 mm stainless steel chain collar with a lock-style closure.

  • Material: 316L stainless steel
  • Width: 14 mm (about 0.55 in.)
  • Lengths: 12–30 in. (2-in. steps); sizes in stock show in the size menu

Fit tip: Wrap a tape around the middle of the neck where the collar will sit and order that exact measurement; no slack needed.

Care: Soak in warm water for 5 minutes, then lay flat on a soft towel and pat dry with a microfiber cloth. Skip jewelry cleaners, soaps and polishing cloths, which can dull the finish. Rinse in fresh water after any salt-water exposure.

Shipping: Ships from the US by USPS Priority Mail with tracking, within 2 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery options and costs show at checkout; see our shipping policy.

A lighter chain for smaller necks.

Safe use: Order your dog's exact neck measurement (see our Size Guide) and check the fit and the closure before every walk. Heavy chain is best for adult dogs who are used to wearing a collar. Watch your dog the first few times they wear it, and take the collar off for crate time, rough play, and swimming. Stop using any collar with a damaged link or a closure that won't stay shut, and email us at info@hdkluxdogchains.com.
