Fit tip: This is a slip collar: measure the widest part of your dog's head (over the ears and under the jaw) and choose that size or the next one up.

Care: Soak in warm water for 5 minutes, then lay flat on a soft towel and pat dry with a microfiber cloth. Skip jewelry cleaners, soaps and polishing cloths, which can dull the finish. Rinse in fresh water after any salt-water exposure.

Safety first: This is a slip collar. It tightens when pulled. Use it only for walks, training, or the show ring while you're holding the leash. Never leave a check chain or show lead on an unattended dog, in a crate, or on a tie-out, because it can catch or tighten. Take it off after every session. If you're new to slip collars, ask a trainer to show you the correct fit and use.
